Recovery & Starting Over Webring
of PhenomenalWomen.com®

This webring is about the struggles in our life-going through them, and then slowly-coming back. Any kind of addiction, disease, mental illness-anything-that had taken a part of your life away & that you have reclaimed &/or are now reclaiming back. Being 'out there' is horrible. Suffering is awful. Recovery is a constant battle, but starting over again from scratch is the toughest of all. The reward is that you are here-now-reading this. You are alive. One day at a time. Open to women & men.

~Recovery is one day at a time~

"The articles in this Community are about the struggles in our life—going through them, and then slowly—coming back. They are about how we have made it to this point through our addiction and/or battle over whatever brought you to recovery.

They are about suffering though an addiction, disease, mental illness—anything—that has taken a part of our life away and that we have reclaimed and/or are now reclaiming back.

Being 'out there' is horrible. Suffering is awful. Recovery is a constant battle. But starting over again from scratch is the toughest of all. The reward is that we are here—now—reading this. We are alive. One day at a time.

There are two webrings associated with this Community. The first is a webring that encompasses all forms of addictions, afflictions and the journey back. The other is a Webring that is for members of AA (Alcoholics Anonymous ). It is for alcoholics only - or - people who have spent a good deal of their time in the rooms of AA.

If you are recovering and/or starting over in any capacity, please consider submitting an article to the Community and share your experience."

Who Am I Now?"
By Terry Kelly
My only child, Patrick Sean Kelly, was murdered in Mexico in May of 1996 at the age of 22. As a single parent, with no child left to parent, I find myself getting more introspective every day, and have been giving a lot of thought to what the future now holds ...green-right-arrow.gif (62 bytes)
